Forever Mind Poker tables props

There's an indie film called Forever Mind. Me, my boss and a friend worked together to make four poker tables to be used on set. We only had two days to make them!

I got to play as an extra in the film when we took the props to the set. It's definitely a surreal experience working in film and helping out. I made a couple friends there too.

Since my allergies are so easily aggravated I always have to wear a respirator while working on projects that involve any type of dust/sawdust/fumes or I get sick every single time. It was super cold and the only thing I had was a crazy duster-type coat I got that was used in a film (I don't know which but Dreamworks tape was all over the box). So its safe to say that I got crazy looks wearing a mask and big black coat while working. My boss said I looked awesome in it though and insisted that I wear it when we took pics of the finished tables.

In the picture with me is Michael Wise, an actor, contractor and friend who always has an amazing story to tell. He's been in more than a few films but in Roadhouse he had by far the best role ever. He's on IMDb as the "Gawker".
